I agree that Kimmy's staff are first rate.

If Kimmy adopted a limit to driver's argument of 5 minutes, the problem would be solved - earlier in the year one driver accused of overtaking under yellow was in the Clerks room for 35 minutes because they wouldn't stop arguing their case - which was they had not seen the flag! I spoke to someone who had observed at another track which was trying to clean up standards - out of 35 track reports, only 1 was ruled by the Clerk to NOT BE a racing incident - (Why would observers write up a track report if it was a racing incident?)
