When on the ground does the revs rise but it doesn't move? If not, not the clutch. Otherwise as Ian suggests check carb boot, fuel pressure, float height etc. Also look at coil gap and change plug. Beyond basic issues consider badly warped cylinder head or low compression due being knackered👎
