I thought the sealed RPM GX200 class was going great, everyone that I know who does it seems to enjoy the class in both cadets and prokarts, its very strong by my understanding.
What I have seen happen is the stupidly high GX160 MSA cadet engine prices have killed off the full cadet class at Bayford and Lydd, so now they just run clubman-beginner and clubman-elite classes, and they are banged out with almost full-grid entries as a result, says a lot about what the market wants at the mo.
heres an interesting engine for you from Tillotson The controlled tolerance cylinder head is the key part to level performances, this is the main part that makes an SP so good and valuable, if the port castings flow a lot of air, and the combustion chamber is small enough, it will create a very powerful engine and demand a very high price, because you need to buy 10-20 engines to find it.......so Tillotson producing a consistent cylinder head is a very wise move.
