How to remove clutch bolt?

Hi Guys,
may seem like a silly question to some but, how do you remove the 13mm bolt holding the clutch onto the enginge shaft?

When i tightened it up when installing the clutch i used the pull start to slightly engage the engine and this was enough to allow me to get a torque wrench on there and set it.

Now the only problem i have is that i need to change the clutch settings as i'm getting alot of banging when the clutch engages, so i'm asuming the clutch needs to be set on something a bit more gradual.
But when i try and undo the nut the engine just spins and i cant see where i can lock the engine to stop the rotation.

Any help and advice on the banging clutch issue as well would be greatly appreciated.
