Unfortunately there is no class for that type of engine, as your son is 13 he just meets the Honda Cadet requirement, You could put a Honda Gx160 on it and go Practising/Racing at Buckmore/Bayford/Lydd/Forest edge all within 1.5hrs from you.
Just a thought, just check it is a Cadet chassis and not a `Senior` type chassis with a small engine on it.
