Hi,
We run an AX9 in Honda cadet for two years and we had no problems with it. I used to cut the sprocket to allow it to be opened up over the axle. I also used to hang a spare chain from the rear bumper to the back of the seat, so that if we need to replace it during a meeting I would not have to remove the axle. You will also need to have a keyway cut into the axle inside the bearing on the right hand side to take the drive sprocket and carrier. We had a great couple of years at club level with the AX9, It would have been more than capable of winning at national level, but I was not going to spend the big money wanted for a 200 quid engine. The Ax9 is a strong chassis and looked after my son well. I am a little jealous of you the AX9 was a great chassis only wish we had the engine to do it justice. Good luck
