you can spend 500 on a second hand biland or EcoMoto
Tech's are 3k new but last 3 seasons without a rebuild and a factory kit can be added to take the engine to 40bhp (can't race with it though)
New Aixro is 5,000
it comes down to what you want to spend on setup costs, and be wary of restricting the aixro. you would have to restrict it to 30-35bhp, not restrict it to be competitive, there's a difference. Going with the Aixro also means you would need a chassis with front brakes which adds to your chassis costs.
The likelyhood of f6 changing the current power levels is nill, EcoMoto's are 300cc and make up the bulk of the grid. They are cheap to buy and repair but power can not be increased much more than they have now so we are equalising any new engine with the Eco to maximise the engine options but over a lap there is not a lot to choose between them.
