There are dozens of 'snake oils' available from the States. It might be worth noting that NR-racing, perhaps the foremost tuner over there swear by standard Mobil-One.
As far as your dyno readings are concerned, how many runs with each oil did you do(I'm assuming they were all back to back, otherwise they are meaningless)? What sort of Dyno did you use? Inertia or torque-converter? Did you fully tape the fan cover for comparisons? This is the only way to get good constant readings in my experience because otherwise engine temp flutuates too much. Otherwise anything but a very skilled operator could see those differences from back to back runs on the same engine.
Furthermore most of the differences in oils won't show up under Dyno conditions anyway. Many of the oils that give good results on the dyno, dip off under track conditions, especially if it is hot. Taking a leaf from NR. We ended up only using Mobil One when temperatures went over about 20 degrees as it APPEARED to be much more consistant.
Finally, at his peak my son could turn in 10 or more laps within 2 or 3 hundreths of each other at most. But in short run back to back testing we saw virtually no difference in various oils, one day we tested 6 if I recall correctly.
Finally, I apologise if I sound condescending, but if you want to make the most of the sport, don't get too wrapped up in engines, ultimately it's a road to nowhere. Spend the time on the driving. Yes you need decent engines, but win or loss your experience with your kid will be diminished if you worry too much about engines.
