probably gummed up with old fuel through lack of use. remove black plastic screw (under breather hose ?) that does throttle opening and prise out black plastic jet(pilot jet) with flat blade screwdriver (watch out for small black "o" ring), clean with carb cleaner from bottom up , beware of poking a wire through this jet as you could later fall foul of scruit if you open it up. spray carb cleaner down hole also , then re-assemble. remove float bowl by un doing m6 bolt at bottom of bowl (watch out for "o" ring that seals bowl, remove main jet with flat blade screwdriver inserted up (ooo err) centre of carb stem , emuslion tube should also fall out after jet , if not tap carb until it does, clean both with carb cleaner, and hold up to light to make sure all holes are clear, then bung em back and attempt to restart eng , you may need to blow fuel through , good luck, tony
