as previously stated unless u have dyno readout before and after u can't do anything. then even with that evidence there will be terms and conditions releating to rebuilds. it will have a get out such as "as with all rebuilds we cannot be held responsible for any power loss, unless otherwise guaranteed". if that is the case and this was not identified to u at point of sale then it could be miss selling. either way do not be slanderous as the court take a very dimm view if this. you can't take things into your own hands then expect a court to rule in your favour. I would go back to the company. in writing. My must be writing. express ur upset and ask for a refund, bargin from there response. did they give u the old parts to prove wear? rpm will be able to tell u if things have been removed, they would also be classed as expert witnesses.
don't let it drop but do it all in writing. just that will make people more willing to give refunds.
