Whilst I agree with all points on here lets not avoid the issue in itself (Rules Are Rules and Communication IS ESSENTIAL).

Kelvin I have known for years and years and whilst he is a great MSA REP he physically cant be at every race meeting to do the job he does, so is clearly reliant on other MSA Rep's doing as good a job as him at other locations.

The way to have some common approach is simple every MSA run meeting has the pre req checks that include the restrictor as well as any other checks the MSA rep requests and its checked after ever Heat/Final !

As well as when you enter ANY race meeting across the country this ruling is CLEARLY marked when you sign/pay (Obviously for the interim until everyone is clear)

I was at race meeting that only the FINALS were checked so again inconsistant!

This is my personal opinon only !!!
