I've been on a few occasions where its been a mixed grid of wets and slicks... the weather is often unpredictable at PFI and one minute you have puddles all over the track, the next its dry. The fact its so open at PF allows the wind to dry it out really quickly! you have to adapt to the weather conditions regardless of if you're one wets or not...
Slicks are still relatively easy to drive on in the wet providing you know the limit.
I stick to my previous post, everyone on slicks.
And i also find it quite interesting to see so many people concerned about wrapping their karts up in an accident, i think everyone needs to realise that everytime you get in that seat and go out on track you are putting the kart at risk, regardless of the weather. You are going on a track to drive to its absolute limit and accidents can and will happen.
