Did you just make the bit about Massa pointing his wheels towards Hamilton up for fun? Massa's on full lock through the whole of the corner.

Its as simple as this, Massa had his front wheels in front of Hamiltons rears, which in Formula 1 is all that is needed. Hamilton then turned in on Massa forcing him to take to the grass and contact happenend. Its not surprising as Hamilton has shown zero respect for anyone else on circuit all year.

The idea of it being a deliberate firing is ridiculous, this isn't karting or touring car. They don't have any protection from the impact, the possibility of damaging the car is too high. Even Schumacher couldn't manage to take other drivers out without damaging his car.
