I'd be DELIGHTED to post EVIDENCE........ however, none has been produced either way!

However, when proposing a NEW safety feature or an 'uprated' safety feature, it is 'usual' (errr... MANDATORY!!!) to show some EVIDENCE why it is needed and why it will HELP.

To take an analogy, would it be RIGHT for me to unilaterally change the regulation for all drivers to add PARTY HATS to their helmets because I simply G*U*E*S*S that it will make them safer? What we have is the EQUIVALENT of party hats stuck to helmets with the introduction and maintenance of plastics! We have EXACTLY the same EVIDENCE for BOTH suggestions!

That is EXACTLY what the CIK did over the old Pods and are doing AGAIN over the NEW ones!

At least the party hats would not INCREASE the chance of accidents...... unlike the PLASTIC!

However, more crucially still, this development of the thread was NOT about the CIK: it was to correct YOUR silly claim that plastics could be SEEN to have reduced overturning incidents when you views the video.

It was THAT which was a silly claim!

The difference here is that you have the decency to ATTEMPT to defend your position..... the CIK and MSA do NOT!
