....... and they ALL SHOULD add up to licence removal for those who have demonstrated their INABILITY to drive/handle their within the LAW!

Obviously, we only have ONE side of the argument in the Telegraph article. It's a shame when the Police feel that they cannot give THEIR side, too! I know of many occasions when they SHOULD be allowed to say what happened but are banned from so doing!

If this car WAS the wrong one, then it shows that the system IS inplace to correct a potential injustice. However..... that one sounds VERY dodgy to me!

Would YOU have accepted 'as proof' the quoted maximum speed..... JUST because an 'engineer' couldn't make it do it, GOD knows how long after the supposed event??? The courts were NOT given that option of deciding.... shame!
