Simple..... the one who is BELOW the speed limit IS obeying the LAW! The TW*T who is speeding is BREAKING the law. It's not THAT complex to understand!

You are making a DAFT error of assuming that the MAXIMUM speed limit is the TARGET speed limit..... it AIN'T!.... and until the law is changed.... it will REMAIN that way!

What would you suggest that a TRACTOR is supposed to do on a 60mph county road, or a HORSE, or a BICYCLE or an Aixam (250cc car) or your GRANDMA's invalid carriage..... are they ALL supposed to travel AT 60mph.....? If you can manage to avoid hitting THEM then perhaps you SHOULD be able to avoiud hitting someone who CHOOSES not to drive at the MAXIMUM speed limit JUST for your convenience!

NO.... go and do the MATHS..... you can get MORE cars closer together at LESS speeds than you can get cars at HIGHER speeds.

The Bullet Train works BECAUSE there is ONLY ONE of them on the line at once...... if you have just driven 300miles... didn't you NOTICE all those other cars......

..... and THAT's why you are suggesting so many daft ideas.... becasue you are NOT doing the READING on the subject required to understand the problem in DETAIL.... just like Clarkson!
