That is actually quite funny.... but for completely accidental reasons....

I *D*O* spend quite a bit of time doing EXACTLY what you say I would be doing! I posess a speed gun and I DO stand in the worst roads in the Vilages where I represent and measure, record, photogrpah and pass the data onto the pilice + I take the names of business who's vans/lorries breach the law in theose places and phone/email/write to the companies telling them EXACTLY what their drivers were doing on day/time XYZ! That is a GREAT method.... the NEXT time those droivers arrive, their speed is HUGELY reduced.

Secondly, I get loads of morons who OBJECT to me checking their speed whoi them stop and want to 'discuss it'. As you know, I do LIKE a 'good debate' and they leave with a MUCH bigger flea in their ear than they expect.

So far, every SINGLE resident in the roads where I do this has eithe sent me tea, cakes, thanks, or has even come to HELP the survey.

So.... wrong AGAIN... Paul!
