erm sorrry tkm53......but ur contradicting yourself....he doesnt push from the word go, yet he won 6 races in the first half of the season. at the end of the day the driver with the most points at the end of the year deserves to be champion....because hes been the best driver over the whole of the year. vettel and barrichello have had plenty of chances to get past button but they have been underperforming too. button would be a worthy champion, he has won 3 times more races than anyone this year, admitttedly in the first half of the season, but the season doesnt start in july, it starts in march.

lets put it another way, if you were 15 points ahead in a karting championship going into the last 3 rounds, would you risk an overtaking manouver to get an extra point, or do enough to win the championship. if you take the first option you are either very brave or very stupid!
