There the tool will cut any rigid substance, plaster, wood, steel, but not a flexible one like skin, which is why they use it to cut casts off patients.
Besides, under a 1000G, there's probably damage not just to the blade and crumple structure, the whole tool (motor,shaft blade holder, mountings) is probably suspect.
