I think Vettel and hamilton are both at fault, and any penalty should be equally applied..
Once they were moving and Hamilton had the big twitch, his line stayed pretty constant in relation to the white line at the edge of the blue strip.
Its Vettel who started to squeeze him, you could actually see Vettel very slightly turn right towards Hamilton.
They were racing, Hamilton in my opinion was trying to stay as close to Vettel without losing speed and it was Vettel who actually made the dangerous move, if he hadn't then Hamilton would have fell in behind him, because he would have had no option.
I would like to see them both get reprimanded but no further penalties for the next race.
I also think the GPDA need to sort this out themselves as per the weaving down the straight.
DO you allow overtaking into the Pitlane before the 100kph line, potentially, Hamilton/Vettel and Alonso/Massa could have blocked the pitlane entrance and screwed up the whole event.
Good race to watch though.
