The only STATEMENT you have made is as follows:-

Be honest, old son, you are a floating -oter who doesn't have any form of 'moral rudder' to guide you! You think, by dithering, you are being 'caring'..... TRIPE!...... you are JUST dithering!

Mine 'moral rudder' is simple: allow people to succeed and HELP them do so, or, at worst..... don't get in their WAY. Have a SMALL safety net for those who CAN'T 'make it' because of REAL problems...... and LAZINESS does NOT count as a reason to offer the safety net!

The next part is: arrange the laws, taxes and fines to DISCOURAGE people from doing things that we DON'T want (smoking, drinking to excess, speeding, and plus all the other crimes) while making sure it ENCOURAGES people to do the things we WANT them to do: Work, save, raise good families, reduce fuel consumption, etc., etc.. In practice, you would then put taxes on what you DON'T want people to do and remove (as far as possible) taxes from things that you DO want people to do! At the moment, we have it BACKWARDS! We TAX people for W*O*R*K*I*N*G and S*A*V*I*N*G which is simply BONKERS! We should be taxing the things we DON'T want people to do...... not those that we DO want people to do!

Now..... the Conservatives do NOT have all; those ideas in place but they are the NEAREST to my views and thus my solution is SIMPLE!

Learn to clarify your thoughts and opinions BY STATING THEM IN PUBLIC and having to DEFEND them and you'll soon find out, like I did, EXACTLY waht your views REALLY are!

Then you'll know how to vote!
