I am FULLY aware and FULLY cogniscent that my 'views' are MERELY views.

If I was to follow you admonition, the I SHOULD have written:-

Subject to confirmation, it is my purely personal opinon that I am FULLY aware and FULLY cogniscent that my 'views' are MERELY views... however, this does not commit the writer, reader and/or site-host to in the position of supprting this view, and, I absolve all those parties plus any other ionterested parties (and un-interested parties) from all duties of compliance in this matter heretofore referred......alledgedly.....

Don't be PRISSY about this! It's JUST an opinion!

However, I do note that YOU haven't qualified YOUR opinion on MY statements by stating that you view is NOT a fact.... merely an opinion!
