will chuck in few points to ponder
50cc is too low for 2 when hitting a hill, but maybe that should be a one person transport, cars, bikes, vans, hgvs are just transport, the roads are just the network to get around nothing more, so would agree limits to meet them needs
bikes stand out, car safety has come on in last couple of decades, imagine 90% of the f1 grid sat in modern day f1 cars, 10% sat in 60s based cars, then chuck them all on the track together, the 10% are bikers, seat belts/airbags/crumple zones apply to the guys in the metal boxes but dont too the ones most at risk, so if these measures are needed for the ones at least at risk why isnt the same rules being applied to bikers
most police camera tech relies on a front facing plate, speeding or tax........but bikes only need to show at rear
it is refreshing to debate road safety without speed being the only problem solver
