Newshound, you accidentally proved my point.

Of COURSE sensible people would not wear Crash Helmets in banks..... because they are SENSIBLE not becasue their religion requires them to.... similarly, sensible Muslims would NOT wear a Burkha..... it's the IDIOTS of both those groups who do wear them in silly places!

I approve of the French action SO LONG as they are CONSISTENT in dealing with ALL religious symbols...... but.... knowing the French madness about Catholicism.... that simply is NOT going to happen!

As I can't see a FRACTION of difference between the 'sense' of ANY of the religions (i.e., the collection of people who drewss up in silly hats and feel they talk with an 'imaginary friend'), I can't decide that ONE set of bonkers symbols is WRONG but that ANOTHER set of symbols is ACCEPTABLE.
