Sadly, in this world, we can only enforce rules that we can SEE are being broken. Yes... other teams ARE (probably) breaking the rules..... but..... no one has CAUGHT them yet.
FIAt clearly did cheat and were caught at it becasue of plain, good old fashion, FIAt incompetance (as we MAY see when it goes to the 'hearing')....
Are you REALLY suggesting that the powers that be should simply IGNORE blatant cheating?
Similarly, EVERYBODY KNOWS that McLaren were NOT the only one 'sharing data' (tee hee!). However, only THEY were cuaght (actually, that's TRIPE because OTHER teams were caught with each other's data at the same time but we ALL know the relationship between McLaren and the FIA......). Mclaren received a LUDICROUS punishment when THEY were caught. So... what the REST of us are saying is that FIAt should receive an EQUALLY 'F*I*E*R*C*E' punishment....
However..... as we all know how the FIA and FIAt colude in making and enforcing the rules.... we know that they WON'T be punished properly for CHEATING YET AGAIN!
