The utter INSULT of the lies being told about this by Jean Todt is BREATHTAKING....
In an interveiw for the BBC, he claims that there was 'insufficient evidence' for the case....
I see...... and yet the FIA confirmed the $100,000 fine of the stewards will stand.
Now, forgive me if I am wrong but.... how is it even REMOTELY possible to find that there is SUFFICIENT evidence for the $100,000 fine but INSUFFICIENT evidence for further action? Fines and penalties are NOT based on the AMOUNT of evidence: either there IS enough evidcence or there isn't, it's a simple 'binary' thing. The LEVEL of the fine (punishment) is controlled by the 'naughtiness' of the crime NOT the amount of evidence!
Either there WAS enough evidence to find them guilty or there wasn't. If there wasn't, then the FIA have the DUTY to cancel the penalty and return the fine!
The FIA and FIAt treat us with SUCH contempt that they don't even BOTHER to make a SERIOUS ATTEMPT TO HIDE THE FRAUD going on here!
