Everything about eBay is appalling!!!.....Although this is not eBay`s fault I suppose, but eBay and their bed partner Scampal get away with murder.

I keep saying I will finish with them......the other day I `sold` a camera, the guy paid via paypal immediately, but when I went to trf the money to my bank, it had been suspended for up to 21 days, seemingly until I had send the item and the buyer was happy. This is to `protect both buyer and seller`......how the HELL does it protect ME. I don`t know the guy from Adam, he is probably honest, but what would happen if I sent the camera and he then said there was something wrong with it and lodged a dispute??? I would be left without goods or money.....I have told him I ain`t sending it and I have opened a case with eBay, he ain`t happy......but neither am I.

But you a right, you can`t win something in an auction, then start asking questions.....
