what does fernandez have???? the name of the original team....thats it, no backing from anyone

the new lotus team, yes lotus are now owned by proton, but it is lotus as a company that are entering f1.....just like ferrari are owned by fiat....fiat arent in f1, ferrari are.

fernandez lotus team is just air asia f1 with a different name!

to be honest though it shouldnt have got to this point, either fernandez shouldnt have been allowed to use the lotus name or lotus should have bought into fernandez team rather than renault, although reading between the lines the reason fernandez bought the lotus name was to try and force lotus cars into investing into his team which has backfired since they have bought into renault instead
