as posters we are free to post what we want, the forum owners are covered under the same rules as workplace and media and is up to them to mod stuff or face the laws of the land plus in any offense they cause

how they deal with any illegal or offensive posts will be judged on their, speed and measures to prevent further posts of the same nature

so emailed the owners on 2 "posts" which could be judged as outside of currant laws for media (that includes forums, more so forums with no restrictions like ukk)

but maybe what is needed is some guidance on the tone of the forum, karting covers many ages (some very young), there is no age restriction on the forum.

uk karting means you will attract all interested in karting..........of all ages

which means some self censorship maybe needed, it is not the embassy club

but that guidance can only from the owners of the site
