I think Alan is being deliberately to the contary here... ;-)...don`t bite...

I have an 18 year old son.....pretty typical I suppose, good hard working lad, brought up correctly, very pretty same aged girlfriend on his arm, and passed his driving test 6 months ago (can`t get insurance on a damn thing, I brought up a thread a while ago).......I would trust him with money, and pretty much anything.....but, would I trust him with a car of that performance?......NO!

And I doubt that 2 years seriously makes much difference either....

As I said earlier, I cannot even believe he could possibly be insured to drive it anyway.....certainly in the UK he couldn`t be, not for ANY sum of money.

Ian`s proclamations might be a little excessive, but essentially, he is correct.
