Although I said racing incident, do you think you can have a racing incident that is the fault of only one party.
To me a racing incident is one where both drivers are perhaps in the wrong or just come together and neither are effected too much. In this case Massa did nothing wrong yet he was punished with a rear puncture.
Driving into the side of someone from the outside isn't racing! Trying to overtake someone and running into them from the inside slightly like Rosberg is racing and therefore a racing incident.
This is why I believe Hamilton was very unfairly treated at Monaco when Massa turned in way earlier than the previous laps and Maldonado did pretty much the same.
I forgot I did this (see link below) to show to a mate about the Monaco penalty but i'll share this because I probably seem like a Hamilton hater when i'm not. This overlay shows Massa defending a little on the lap before Lewis tried to overtake and then turning in way earlier than the normal racing line showed by one of the RB cars. So the blue line is the lap before and the yellow line is the crash lap.

Did no one notice that Schumi took Hamilton into turn one and Lewis saw him and gave the corner. Likewise when Lewis went up the inside at the hairpin Schumi gave the corner. Signs that racers know how to race. Massa however should know when he is beat!
