I have an amazing opportunity to raise some much needed cash... according to this email:

Dear sir/madam,

I am Sir. Micheal Brown a civil Engineer but currently working in an
offshore contract in middle east Island.I want to book for karting
track event for our group engineers that is coming to for next month
event in your track.

Details of booking:

Number of people in the group 20 people with 18drivers
Ages: 18 +
Time: 2hrs
Date of event monday 4th June
Payment type: Credit card Only ( I hope you have credit card facilities).

Please confirm if you have availability for the dates above and
provide me with your prices and i will make the payment to hold the
booking through credit card via email, am unable to go webpage due low
internet access in this island and bad phone network coverage. I await
your response on email
