Chris..... you are not comparing like-with-like (deliberately). The comparison YOU chose would be if we were comparing nationwide TKM racing against ALL motorcycling..... that is NOT the comparison we are discussing.

I chose the Festival (and it could have been LOADS of other meetings) but I chose just ONE event with ROUGHLY the same number of entrants and ROUGHLY the same number of hours racing (it's not close enough but it's the best I can find).

We don't HAVE a two week, limited number of entrants race..... and thus I have NO perfect comparison in karting. I just chose a NEAR comparison.

So, make a FAIR comparison and test your argument, again!

However, if you can't, then...... I think we'd both accept that if we chose ALL nationwide TKM racing at ALL weekends throughout the year then it would be 'unfair' on TKM as there would be VASTLY more TKM man-hours than TT man-hours in the comparison. However, let's do it..... if TKM racing, nationally, killed TWO karters EVERY YEAR FOR 100 YEARS...... are you saying you would NOT be demanding changes to TKM racing......? Don't kid yourself..... or attempt to kid me!
