I understand where you are coming from Ian........But didnt F1 stop going to Nurburgring because of safety? Not Nurburgring stop F1 going because they wanted to close because it was not safe? I think it was the F1 drivers that stopped going to tracks that ended up closing or re designing them to be safer.

John McGuiness, Michael Dunlop, Guy Martin want to carry on going to the TT, and wouldnt go to a re designed track.

I have raced at the TT, and yes i would go back again.

You are right Ian, based on the fatalities each year it should be stopped.

Ref THE TKM Festival, yes i think they would all still go. Remember that you were trying to like for like it with the TT, so all TKM Festival drivers would have been used to fatalities each year.
