Fred is walking down the street when he sees this well built blond walking towards him. As she gets closer he says to himself �she looks familiar�. When she gets right up to him he says �Bert is that you�? Bert says �actually it�s Bernice now � I�ve always felt like a woman and yearned to dress up in women�s clothes, so I�ve had a $ex change� � �no kidding� says Fred. Fred says �but it must have been really painful having your tackle cut off, just the thought of it makes me squirm�. To which Bert replies �not half as painful as having my brain shrunk to half size and my mouth stretched bigger�!
