Tangler, something was telling me even as I posted my message that you won't agree with most of the stuff I (we) write and you'll find reasons to poo-poo all the propositions.

If you're going to quote me then you ought to first read the question you set in the first place:
"6. Are we agreed that we should stop these dangerous drivers from driving at speeds they clearly aren't capable of handling?"

To which my reply was:
"Yes (And train them properly when we catch them, or even better, make sure they don't get on the road in the first place.)"

Where did I say I want to slow them down? I simply agreed with the fact that we should stop breeding them and train those that escaped through the net as and when we catch them.

Hindley, Manson, Bundy etc. managed to kill a few times before they got caught, in spite of age old extremely strong laws against what they were doing! You'll never be able to legislate against such people, all you can do is hope and try to catch them before they kill, or before they kill too many.

To be quite honest Tangler I get the feeling that whatever argument we bring you're only going to sing to the ONE tune. They put blinkers on horses so they don't get distracted from the job in hand, you've been wearing yours for far too long and will never develop peripheral vision any longer!
I'm off the subject, I'm wasting my time here.
