I don't like cheating any more than the next person and I most certainly don't condone cheating or working illegally (cash in hand) or claiming benefits that I am not entitled to (bad back anyone), I don't condone cheating of any kind and it's wrong of you to assume that, but the fact is that footballers cheat week in week out and these cheaters influence the result of a game, so why the big uproar when somebody uses a hand to cheat instead of diving in the box?
Henry is a fantastic player and has made a mistake, a split second decision that if he turned the clock back probably wouldn't do again. When you look at all the cheating that goes on in football does a player deserve this extreme form of aggression towards him? Even the Irish players said they would have more than likely done the same thing.
The way I see it is it's a game, it's supposed to be entertainment, if you get that upset over it then you really shouldn't watch it as it's doing you more harm than good. To get that wound up about something that you have no control over is not good for your health or other people around you.
Chris.
P.S - don't get your hopes up over England, Unfortunately I can't see anything different that means they perform any better than the other world cups
