I made the mistake of ordering some boots from demon tweeks three weeks ago - I had a �50 gift voucher from last xmas which was due to expire, so I thought I'd redeem that against the new boots.

bizarrely for a retailer of their size, when you want to 'redeem' a gift voucher against an order, you have to physically post the voucher in, marked for the attention of their accounts department, quoting a sales order number.

I thought it seemed dodgy at the time, and I've just been informed by a very rude member of their customer service staff that they haven't recieved any vouchers. quite handy really....

I posted it first class within minutes of placing the order, which was a bit silly - I should have sent it recorded & photocopied the voucher!

so the order for the boots has been cancelled (still not recieved anyway).

stuff demon tweeks. I'll never buy anything else from them ever again.
