Your analogy is flawed - 'he can take a few shots that only JUST missing the crowd'

I would agree, had he been speeding through the streets, but as I understand it he was doing some sort of harmless burn out, which are usually done at 0 mph! There may not have even been people about, or anyone apart from the police car near him, so it was more like the GFM firing straight up into the air.... harmless!

Having worked with cars with adjustable brake bias, and done countless 'rolling burnouts', I really fail to see how one could go wrong.. even on the roads, and there is probably not a person on the road who hasn't experienced wheel spin, whether intentional or otherwise!

Chr*st it won't be long until just having FUN itself will be an arrestable offence!
