The bike is made by Moriwaki in Japan, the engine is Honda and the chassis looks identical to the Honda RS125 gp bike. It is legal to race in the US National 125 chapionship from the age of 12.

While we all enjoy watching the hard charging and talented youngsters on GP bikes, im not sure if 12 is a bit too young. These bikes are comparable to a 125 GP bike that are difficult to ride and damn quick. I see exactly your points itpro and agree that we dont want to ban them, but do they really need to be on a GP spec bike at 12??? We have the Aprilia cup here in the UK that is a road bike based championship. This has brought some great riders through to GP's i think Steve Sawford was involved with a team when he rode for Aprilia who would be more qualified to comment.
