The Kobi incident was just an accident, Lewis didn't even know he was there and you can't blame him for thinking that, he had just come out of the pits a lap earlier on softs and was miles quicker than Kobi, once he got past Kobi he really didn't expect Kobi to try and challenge him as the move would be just showboating at best and at worst would result in an incident. Even Lewis wouldn't have bothered to try and retake the place had the situation be reversed, I don't think any other driver on the grid would have.
So yes Hamilton was at fault and he has admitted that but you have to say that it is unexpected for a driver on old tyres with a car that is far inferior to the other car to try and retake the place. It would be faster for Kobi to have tucked in behind Hamilton and followed him through the chicane on the racing line and used the tow to improve his own laptime not to attempt a pointless pass.
