i think its very easy and correct to make the comments "arrogant, ignorant and a disrespectfuldickhead" if you have read any of the reports.

"If you are in a traffic jam do you move forward and start pushing the car in front? If youn are in a queue in a post office do you start pushing the people in front of you?"

well no, the conditions are static.

during a crush situation people are moving and have no idea what is happening infront or behind.

a gate was opened (police order) to relieve pressure from outside and the fans rushed in with more behind and so on.

yes the fans crushed those at the front but you cant blame them anymore than the groundsmen that helped facilitate the match.

a lot of things went wrong that day.
