To be fair though Ian I did say that if I had my choice again I would have switched my Donkey from Kimi to Button : )
That Maclaren is not a million miles off the pace either. If you track Perez' lap time throughout the race he steadily improved. 10 of his laps were actually faster than Kimi's.
It seems quite clear that the top 5 teams are very closely matched. Strategy is going to be the most important aspect of this season.
Good to see that they are not going to be fighting over each other for second place and allowing Vettel to drive off into the distance as has happened in previous seasons.
Think Alonso will win it this year though. It's like they were saying on the BBC yesterday, he's always in there, you can't get rid of him, you open your wardrobe and he's there... lol.
